Notice of Temporary Exception From Expulsion of Unaccompanied Noncitizen Children Pending Forthcoming Public Health Determination

"The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), located within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announces a temporary exception from expulsion for unaccompanied noncitizen children to its Order issued October 13, 2020 suspending the right to introduce certain persons from countries where a quarantinable communicable disease exists. DATES: The temporary exception went into effect on or about January 30, 2021."
