EOIR to Open Concord, CA Immigration Court
"The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) today announced it will open a new immigration court in Concord, California, on February 12, 2024, expanding its presence in Northern California. The Concord Immigration Court will have 21 immigration judges. EOIR will officially notify all parties whose cases are reassigned to the Concord Immigration Court.
