From the DOL website on Mar. 19, 2012: "On March 14, 2012, the Department held the first in a series of three webinars intended to educate program users, and other stakeholders on the changes to the H-2B program made by the H-2B Final Rule (published on February 21, 2012). The Department is now making available the briefing materials used in the webinar presentation. To download and print ETA's Office of Foreign Labor Certification webinar presentation, please click here. To download and print the Wage and Hour Division's webinar presentation, please click here. The remaining two webinars will take place on Tuesday, March 20th and on Tuesday, March 27th. No pre-registration is required for these events. In addition, we are currently accepting registration requests for the April 17, 2012 in-person stakeholder briefing.
