DHS Re-Launches Computer Matching Programs with States to Pursue Benefit Fraud

On Friday, May 17, 2019, DHS posted five notices in the Federal Register reestablishing computer matching programs between DHS and New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas and California to "verify the immigration status of non-U.S. citizens who apply for federal benefits."
