Deferred Action and Alienage Discrimination: Juarez v. Northwestern Mutual

"Over a week ago, the President extended “deferred-action” status to millions of people who faced deportation for residing in the US in violation of federal immigration law. (He then defended his legal authority to do so.)  Around the same time, in Juarez v.
