"Petitioners bring this writ of habeas corpus and complaint seeking immediate release
from the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). For the reasons that follow,
the Court GRANTS their motion for a temporary restraining order, and orders Petitioners to be
immediately RELEASED from immigration detention on conditions."
