Alex Hao has been practising in Manhattan, New York since 2003. After working at two top-tier law firms in the United States for nearly ten years, he joined Jun He Law Offices. With extensive practical experience in assisting Chinese companies in conducting overseas businesses, Alex is able to effectively and smoothly communicate with Chinese enterprises based on a shared language and cultural background. He quickly and fully understands the needs of Chinese companies overseas and coordinates with Jun He's China team to provide integrated professional services for Chinese companies both domestically and internationally. Additionally, he is skilled in coordinating the work of various overseas intermediaries, maximising work efficiency and reducing transaction costs for Chinese companies.

Alex frequently speaks and writes on China-related legal and business issues. A fellow of the American Bar Foundation, he is an adjunct professor at Fudan University’s Fanhai International School of Finance in Shanghai, and co-chairs Practising Law Institute’s annual seminars on China and emerging markets in New York. Alex reads history avidly, studies Spanish and German, and travels the continents.

Alex holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Northwestern University School of Law, a Bachelor of Laws from Peking University, where he graduated with honours. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and a registered foreign lawyer with the Hong Kong Law Society.
