Changing fact box direction

Fact boxes can face both right and left of the vertical line or flag line that connects them to the time scale. Fact boxes can also be dragged off the vertical axis to the left or right, creating a horizontal line toward the box. These options make it easy to position a cluster of facts occurring in a compressed time period.

1.Select one or more Fact boxes.

To select multiple Fact boxes, press the Shift key while clicking on the boxes you want to reposition.

2.On the Format menu, click Flag Orientation.

You can also right-click on the Fact box and click Left Side of the Line or Right Side of the Line.

3.On the submenu, click Left Side of the Line or Right Side of the Line.

The Fact box now displays in the location selected.

You can also drag the fact box to the location you want. When you do so, you may also increase the flag line by creating a vertical and/or horizontal line in the direction you move the box.
