The following items are known issues in CaseMap version 14.1 (Build 015), released August 23, 2019:
Display of Share View icon is now smaller
After launching CaseMap, the Share View link appears smaller according to the DPI setting.
Selecting meeting item in Bulk Send to CaseMap sends an error
You can send several email messages at one time to CaseMap using the Send to CaseMap option in Microsoft Outlook. These messages can include any type of meeting invite, appointment, task request, etc.
Access Denied error appears when user tries to overwrite existing email
When trying to add email messages from Microsoft Outlook to CaseMap repeatedly, an error appeared stating that the messages were already in the requested location and this action is not possible. You can now overwrite the existing email message using the Send to CaseMap option in Microsoft Outlook.
Errors received when sending the same bulk email messages to a different case
The error appears because the system knows that those messages are already in CaseMap. To add them to a different folder/case, check the Overwrite all email records box and click OK.
Duplicate View listed
Two views are not available with the same name. You must create a different name to save the view (i.e. Favorite and Favorite1). Trying to use the same name only prompts an error.
Duplicate Bates Range updated for redacted embedded .PDF files
The Bates range field now updates for only the total number of pages in the files, including the embedded .PDF.
Unexpected Error in the Define Views dialog box
Navigate to Current View and select Define Views from the drop-down option. When the view set to Favorite, you can now delete any displayed field. The error message appears when removing the last visible field in the view.
Duplicate records are created for duplicate attachments
The duplicate attachments in the email are created as separate records in the Documents spreadsheet listed with a new sub-directory.
