You can copy cases to create custom templates or save a copy of the case for backup purposes. Cases must be closed before you can create a copy of them.

If you are working in a replica copy of the case that is not saved on the network, you may want to make backup copies on your hard drive (especially if you are updating and/or linking data). We recommend you make a backup folder on your desktop to store the backup until the replica copy is synchronized with the master case. Remember that you can only synchronize the replica copy once with the master case, and cannot synchronize the replica backup copy. |
