Terms and Conditions for use are set forth below.

Permission is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

Permission is granted for one-time use only.

Permission is granted for non-commercial purposes. Distribution for commercial purposes is
prohibited.

Automatic permission will be granted if the scope
of your request falls within educational use and
the material requested is case law used for
educational purposes only and totals no more than
20 citations. All other requests will be reviewed
and processed individually. A single request may
not be broken up into multiple requests in order
to meet the automatic criteria, and any grants
made for such requests will be void.

The
material must be duplicated in its entirety with
no additions, deletions, comments or other
changes.

All
proprietary case enhancements, including, but not
limited to, case summaries, core concepts, core terms,
and headnotes must be removed from each case prior
to use.

Except as provided for in the specified uses set
forth in the request form, no part of the
material(s) may be copied, photocopied, reproduced
or translated or reduced to any electronic medium
or machine-readable form, in whole or in part,
without written consent from LexisNexis. Any
other reproduction in any form without permission
of LexisNexis is prohibited.

A
copy containing the requested material shall be
forwarded to the Permission Coordinator.

A
credit line must accompany each use of the
material stating "Reprinted with the permission of LexisNexis."

For
material retrieved from the LexisNexis services,
the General Terms and Conditions and Supplemental
Terms for Specific Materials shall apply.

LexisNexis shall have, in its sole discretion, the
right to decline or disapprove of the proposed use
of the requested material.

The
grant of permission is void if the required
information provided in the permission request is
materially false or misleading.

LexisNexis reserves the right to rescind this
agreement at any time. In such event, you
agree to immediately remove and/or destroy any
copies containing the requested material in your
possession.
