LexisNexis® Windward Challenge 5K

WHO:

People of all ages are welcome! Bring your family, including your dog, for a fun and healthy early evening activity. Last year we had more than 500 participants. We will host post-race family-oriented activities along with the awards ceremony to thank ALL participants for their support.

WHY:

For the past 12 years, the Windward Challenge has raised more than $920,000 for various metro Atlanta non-profit organizations. This year we have selected KaBOOM! as the 2012 Windward Challenge recipient. LexisNexis will partner with KaBOOM! to build a playground in a metro Atlanta community in need. LexisNexis volunteers will also have the opportunity to help build the playground.

WHAT'S NEW:

This year, we are re-introducing two new race categories. The Windward Challenge Corporate Cup will add some healthy competition between various companies in the Alpharetta community. The Virtual 5K is a challenge for LexisNexis offices outside of Alpharetta, GA.
