Case Collaboration, Deconfliction and Audit Compliance Tools


LexisNexis® Accurint® Case Connect can increase the power of your Accurint account with both the Case Deconfliction Tool and the new Case Audit Compliance Tool.

  • Case Deconfliction provides your agency with a real-time exchange of information and enables information sharing for safer, more effective investigations. It does this by auto-notifying two or more users if they've searched for the same record (either inter-agency or intra-agency) and if they've both agreed to the connection. This can include external government and law enforcement users (as granted by the System Administrator on the Account). This tool can improve case investigations and workflow efficiencies by cross-referencing two agents' searches so that they can decide to share case notes and possibly collaborate on their investigations if searching for the same thing.

  • Case Audit Compliance allows management to search and review internal agency log files. This will allow for the detection of internal misuse of public record searches for non-work related purposes. The auditing of searches can be based on input criteria such as SSN, Name, Business Name/Address or by user name to see all searches performed by a particular user.
