Non-subscriber service: Delivery sent by LexisNexis via U.S Mail.
Sealed documents: A motion to file documents under seal must be e-filed. Sealed documents must be filed and lodged conventionally in paper form.
Service deadline: 4:00 pm PT for complex litigation cases and 5:00 pm PT for asbestos cases.
Signature requirements: All e-filed and/or e-served documents requiring a signature under penalty of perjury must contain a handwritten signature. All other documents may be signed with a typographical signature that consists of "/s/" followed by the attorney's name typed on the signature line. Statutory filing fees: Invoiced monthly with LexisNexis File & Serve charges.
