The following issue(s) have been resolved and added to the CaseMap Server version 2.1, Build 103, released October 22, 2015:

 

hmtoggle_plus1Failure to upgrade SQL case to CM12 SQL

Resolved an issue where a required field was absent during CM12SQL upgrade.
