Version 2.1, Build 13

The following items are current issues in CaseMap Server version 2.1, Build 13 for the Admin Console, released September 22, 2015:

 

hmtoggle_plus1Editing Active Directory user data causes CaseMap Server login to fail

When authenticating to CaseMap Server the following error is displayed: “The specified user name could not be found or does not exist”

Fix: Ensure that the user has been added to the ‘Users’ section in the Admin Console, and complete the steps as outlined in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/946358 for additional assistance.
