Exporting case metrics

You can export a case metrics report that displays statistics about the data in each CaseMap and TextMap case. The report does not display any user-entered data. The report is saved to a .csv file.

1.In the CaseMap Server pane, click SQL Cases.
2.On the Action menu, click Export Case Metrics.
3.In the Save As dialog box, navigate to the folder where you want to save the report, then click Save.
4.In the Exporting Case Metrics dialog box, on the Output tab, review the report output.

Click on the Errors tab to review any issues with the export.

5.Click on the .csv file to open the file and review case metrics.
