The following resolved issue has been added to CaseMap version 10.1 (Build 69) released March 28, 2013:
Resolved an issue where there was a delay of a few seconds when CaseMap tried to open a link created using the Acrobat plug-in using Adobe Acrobat 11 or Reader 11. |

Resolved an issue where links created with the Acrobat plug-in would not open in Adobe Reader 11 with Protected Mode enabled. The links opened as expected with Protected Mode disabled, as well as in prior versions of Adobe Reader. |
