Version 10.0, Build 241

The following resolved issues have been added to CaseMap version 10.0 (Build 241) released April 4, 2012:

 

hmtoggle_plus1CaseMap would not index a file open in Microsoft Word

Resolved an issue where CaseMap would not index a linked file that was open in Microsoft Word.  CaseMap should index a file as long as it is not opened exclusively.
hmtoggle_plus1OCR was not working for some users due to a license error when processing linked files

Resolved an issue where the OCR was not working for some users due to a license error when processing linked images. Nuance provided version 18.1 of Licensing Manager, which corrected the issue.
